You can in Dalaran, The underground section. There should be vendor for Wotlk pvp Gear. The tunnel section underground. Good luck!

It's removed. There are just jewlery and weapons from woltk, not chest/legs/helm/shoulders/hands

Tanaris should sell it too, and I think there is a goblin at Area 52.
If not there should be a vendor in Stormwind/Orgrimmar, "Legacy Armor Vendor" which sells all sets post S7. (I know for DK/Pala it shows Brutal/Wrathful).

I really appreciate the help but i wouldn't be posting this topic if I hadn't searched though the whole wow guys. There is no one selling the TIER of wrathful. Only post here if you know for sure please!

Then it is a bug, your best option is to put it on the bugtracker. They should be there, clearly this is a molten bug and being rude to two people trying to help obviously isn't the way around getting it fixed.

I can confirm this checked all vendors as listed in wowhead except the one in area 52 and tanaris
This bug appeared after molten brought the brutal set.
