I wouldn't refer to choice for most animals. That implies thinking about life and then deliberating whether to continue or ending. We're just about the only species that bothers going through that fuss.

Animals don't have the hability to reason. All they do is to follow their instincts.
Inb4 someone uses the "there's no aliens" argument, assuming there are alien races out there isn't knowledge, but fear of the unknown.
What do aliens have to do with anything?
You're also proving my point with that bit about reason/instinct, so you've definitely got me confused.
I didn't try to counter your point. Instinct is something I can't explain, as I don't have the hability to control mine.
We're the only species quenstioning ourselves such things because we are the only that has the hability to reason.
Plus the alien thingy was to counter the "there's no alien" argument before anyone used it! Not directly to you, but owell.
._. Caylara pls.
Gawd okay, sometimes I do these misstakes in portuguese too :(
G or J waw
Putting our priorities in our race over money, that won't happen in Capitalism.
That's because people whose native language is Latin-based tend to pronounce Hs in English where there aren't any. And to omit articulating them when they shouldn't.
My mother still speaks that way :P
A meteor or alien invasion would "wipe" us regardless, your precious socialism wouldn't change that.

I learned that many words I typed were wrong after I started playing here. Years ago, back when I played WC3, I remember saying "wft" instead of "wtf". I had no idea what was the meaning of it, but I used it in moments when weird things happened (I was using it correctly then!). After a guy said it was wrong (most people didn't notice or thought it was a simple misstype), I google'd it and never did the misstake again.
But still some words are difficult to remember :I, I'll probably do this misstake more times (unless I remember this moment).
When our race is the main priority, there will be more people working in science. We will be abble to develop technologies faster (instead of focusing in developing cellphones or whatever). That will give us a better chance of survival, though it won't ensure it.
Conquering other worlds is also one step, but we still don't have the technology for that (socialism can speed it up).
Though, I doin't think our society is ready for this improvement. It can't work today, but maybe will in the future.
Capitalism has a lot to improve first. Slowly walking into socialism, by actions such as putting human lives into priority over a small amount of money. For example, nowadays people are free to eat fast food and slowly kill themselves. If there were laws so that at some point a certain sick person wouldn't be abble to eat more fast food, then that's a step for a better future.
I expected Lawl to come and post the image on the spoiler, instead of you posting that.

Caylara, why?
Myrrh, you're so harsh ~
