I love pocket healing. It's probably the one thing I do enjoy about MOP PvP.
Me and Kr?ígoth (Survi Hunter) like to just jump into a BG with our PvE gear and I let him go HAM.

When i posted SS's previously i got targeted by many as being a 'Noob' that only spreads diseases to get very high damage and gets "Horrible" Kb : Death ratio's.
Well i decided to do a few more Bg's since then, hope some of you still don't complain about the bad Kb: Death ratio's this time.
It's true i had to play more defensively to achieve better Kb : Death Ratio's and doing so my Damage did go down quite a bit, as you would notice there's no SS over 10mill this time.

I guess this is why i usually don't post these kind of things on the forums, they'll always go off-topic.
Anyway to answer your question, It's there in cases i require a lot of tabbing in between targets, making sure my auto attack keeps going. (for example specific totems like Searing / Mana spring, to get myself in combat quickly in case of rogues, etc.) Before you start bugging me about that too it's to avoid having to right-click everything in my path. Furthermore with the runes still bieng buggy on molten i don't always find myself with the available runes to start my autoattack with an abillity.
Off-topic: it's actually a macro shared with my pet's Leap.
No need to worry about it bieng there, it's there for a reason which was explained quite easely, i wouldn't have it there if i didn't make use of it. :P
