Hmmm, maybe if you get lucky when we don't have enough people online, but I doubt that. Guildies will get priority regardless of gear over whoever "wants" to come. Sorry.

We usually use FL HC as a purge method for the guild given that DS is too simple for now, so we basically get only guildies sorry.
