I get told I nerdrage too much.

I only smash my mouses and headsets. When I get very angry I throw the headset off and quit the game for the day.

Sounds like it. I'm normally non-violent, even when I rage. Most of the time when I rage, I seethe, and I tend to get very mean. But I don't scream or throw/break things. However, once in a great while, I will break that limit. I've only thrown my keyboard once, and it didn't really get damaged, but I threw it straight back and it put a hole in my wall and broke my window.
