Did the answers atleast have some kind of matching patterns? Like a website/name/anything? I'm sure everyone has gotten those random skype requests, but holy **** 20 is ****ing insane, especially within such a short time frame o.o

Those who did answer just said the internet, but refused to give me a link to where. I've searched for my skype name and all I get is my very old Twitter name :/

It doesn't fix the real issue, which is the source those requests are comming from. I doubt the requests she gets are duplicates.

That you made a new account is probably the best solution, that's the reason I never put my skype into public. Bad experiences with my old MSN : /

I had the same thing in MSN literally over 10 years ago, I think I was 16 or something and had my MSN address available on an Estonian social networking site, and that got me about 50 adds in a day from Turks who all wanted to show me their privates. They must have though it was some kind of "looking for sex" site. Which it wasn't. It was a "I'm a vain teen" site.

At least it's just requests from creepy pervs. My friend had hers given out by some random and now she gets DDoSed every other hour. She had to get a new IP and remake her skype account.

luckely thats easily solved nowadays, but its always nice if your friends give out accounts to randoms ><

I have the same problem with arabs on Facebook. I have a few arab friends and because of that it seems like every arab in the country is adding and messaging me.
