I would suggest grinding reputation for starters.

380 for rdf hc is a joke, they aren't even that hard at 340 ilvl

Join a guild. Grind reputation gear as already suggested. Level a profession and craft some. Play with friends, etc.

Just be patient, things will be much easier and dynamic once you meet the requirement. (I personally hate grinding so I understand)

Still those fools dont wanna spend 1 hour in dungeons with 330 thats why we require 380+ soon gonna be 390 no worries.

I made my first character when Molten switched to 4.3.4. If I could gear when nothing, and I mean NOTHING worked, i have faith that in between the FL rep, professions and JP gear (which is ilvl 378) you will be 380 in no time.

Just grind for a few days and you're set.

It's the same on neltharion, so probably the same on every server.

Personally everyone should just use the RDF tool and just accept the players they get. It's how i geared back on retail and worked perfectly fine.

Then again people keep saying "Join a guild to farm HC's to gear up"

Why can't the people that want to run HC with 380ilvl just group up with their guild?

All that loot just going to waste.

It wouldn't surprise me if the players looking for 380ilvl+ for hc's are just bad and rely on out-gearing the instance just to complete it.

Back in 4.0 when we were running around with 350ish Ilvl, dungeons never took an hour, it was 20mins top depending on the dungeon (like HOO, TotT, TV).

I know if I make a dungeon I ask for 350, why? because crafted PvP gear is pretty cheap and 350 is more than easy enough to get.
