You do realize you also don't get paid to report bugs in PTR at the official server right? If there is a reward it is that you get to play, and that you only help to push for the release sooner rather than later. That aside it isn't unusual practice. Even on retail you won't get paid for reporting bugs you simply do so out of your own volition because of the inconvenience it causes you, in the hopes of improving gameplay. If that doesn't entice you then reporting just isn't for you, though that means you'll just have to grin and bear inconveniences since no point complaining if you don't want to chip in.

Reporting bugs is free, you do not get paid for reporting bugs in any kind of game, idk why you compare reporting bugs from fixing bugs its totally different.

So people who fixes those bugs aren't the molten staff. Its the players from Molten. It's a voluntary work, they don't get paid/rewarded anything, not even Vote points. lel. So who would want to waste their time fixing it. If they reward at least 2-3 coins per bug fixes. imagine how many bugs they should fix before they even get the coins for a Gurthalak, Mount or a Trinket. Fixing bugs would be a lot faster.
