Is this updated in terms of hit and expertise? Like meaning those stats are still bugged and 5% hit and 20 expertise for both pvp and pve is all thats required?

Well i'm not really sure how it is for pvp but i think its hit cap and expertise cap if im not mistaken but it's a long time i actually played pvp.. i only looked up here http://forum.molten-wow.com/showthread.php?t=258349 but it seems to be an old guide. In pve wise i've always played with 5% hit and 20 expertise and i'm not sure either if it has changed or not but prob not.. you could go out and test in raids/dungeons with different expertise/hit raiting values if you like :)

This depends on the situation and encounter but when it comes to AOE fights or when an boss spawns adds like Ragnaros.. It's good to pop out bladestorm then when you stack up :) Otherwise i don't recommend using bladestorm if not an AOE situation comes up

Unfortunatly I don't play molten anymore and I have some tech difficulties to get my wow working as well.. I wish I kinda still played but I have gone to retail as I have written in my profile (see visitors message if you need to contact me in anyway) although if I played today on molten I would still be arms but I'd consider fury as well as try it :)
