There is big difference between steroids and creatine, but both of them are bad in their ways. All know why is steroids bad, so lets just skip that. Why is creatine bad? Explaining it in a simple way and trying my best with this knowledge of english, when u use creatine he goes into the muscles and everything is fine until you workout, but when you stop with your workout someday(you will need to stop someday, when you get old, since u wont be able to do things when u were young and full of strenght) creatine gets out of muscles and he is there around your organs, and to be sure creatine isnt good external environment for your organs, so there you can get some hard complications in later ages. Go read some doctor disartations, dont just read fitness forums and tips, for health best is recreational training, not proffessional, I hope u all know that, so thing "GO HARD OR GO HOME" isnt pretty best for health, just saying... Im talking about this only from medicine part of sports, since Im going on medicine university and I have a lot of contacts with it, but again, its always your choise what u gonna do with your body, peace.
so i dont use steroids ^^ i train now over 2 years and yes the only thing i use is creatine, beta alanine and healthy food with much proteine and carbs ;)
and i train for myself not for girls :) i have a girlfriend ;)
if you train for girls that not good than you got a girlfriend that like your body not you inner you

Lemme tell ya,guy has a belly but i bet he can kill most of people with 2 hits (literally,i saw what he did to 130 kg body builder who was appearing to be out of paper instead all muscle).
Quite amusing tbh.
Size diminishes over the years,but small muscle never dimisnihes,it only gets firm and gets ya leaner for tougher years.
Last soul props on working very hard and you are visually attractive to 99% people but when you get above 47+ you will hardly keep it up due to muscles being torn by weight and bones,not to mention your raw strength will diminish as far as min 30-45% (depending on body structure etc).
And creatine inflates ya with water.
But roid really mess up with your body chemistry to induce heavily creation of testetorone.
I gained 10 kg of weight in my ultra younger days in 30 days (trained 4 hours daily with weights).
Heavily emphasise on food,but still not healthy.
While more muscle creates more flow for food and thus creating faster metabolism,it also creates strain for back,(over flow of musscle).,looks unnatural,you can even friggin do 50 squats heh ,or run like 3-6 miles in a row. (for most people that is,not implying that nobody bulked cant do it.).
