1. But escorting is selling a service, not an object.
In which she is providing herself for whatever twisted intents the guy/girl have. More of a product.

Wiki'd; "Early examples of the sexual objectification of women include strip tease shows, brothels and pornographic art. Prostitution itself is almost always a way of objectifying the prostitute, especially if she is a sexual slave, or is being pimped out."

  2. Not really.

A product is in fact an object, while a service may or may not result in a product/object. If you're a baker, baking is the service you're selling, while the finished bread is the object. If you're a physician, you're offering a service based on your study and skills, but you can't really say you're selling "better health" as your product.

An escort might provide company, sexual gratification, emotional relief or whatever you're looking for, none of which can really be called a "product." They are simply offering a service. The objectification might happen in the mind of who's buying or the people who judge the service, in a way comparable to what happens with people who treat a waiter as just a step before eating, instead of a person offering a service.

The whole "objectification" thing has roots in the whole feminist movement. Which is rather ironic, if you think about it: if the women selling the service don't consider themselves objects, the ones doing the objectification are instead those who point fingers, who treat them as objects being used, instead of full people capable of taking decisions and making choices by themselves.

They can, some men just want to talk. But the rest 95% just wants to use that woman for sexual purposes. There are no emotions involved, just the "I payed for you, now you are mine."

  4. Just like a masseuse? People just want to use them for relaxation purposes, no emotions involved, just "I paid for your skilled hands, they are now mine for a limited time"? On any service you're usually just paying for someone to use their skills for something you need or want, no emotions involved. Or do you fall in love for the plumber every time you hire one?

Your problem seems to be just trying to set on the same pedestal both "romantic" sex and sex as simply a service. They're not the same thing, you can't judge both as one thing.

Prostitution is not the same. It's a dirty job anyone should consider as last resort.

Most women have sleazy sex daily with random guys anyway. See clubbing. And dating is just the acceptable form of prostitution. Guy pays for stuff for a chance to get into the girl's pants. Exceptions excluded.
    You catch my drift.

Not with all guys, really. I am well aware this world is filled with scum, even though I'd like to do the job of the janitor and clean it, I have not received the tools for it. Maybe one day.

  8. You people need to calm down...

There's lots of kinds of people in the world, some happen to be less emotionally attached than others.

I myself am overly emotional. I fall in love instantly and suffer for a long time after a heartbreak.
Someone (I know cases) can have sex with a different person every day (or week) and not feel any emotional attachments.

The weight you put into something isn't the same as what others make of it...

  9. Forgot to remove my commented out printf statements in my CS assignment.

I wonder if i'll lose points since they were in the wrong coding style :(

Nah you are going to fail the entire class and be kicked out of college. Geegee

Guess i better come up with a backup plan now.

Here's a list of possible alternatives:
    Jet fighter dude
    Garbage truck driver
    Evil scientist
    Ninja
    Prison escapist
    Pro poker player
    Hobo
    Knight's watch guy
    Bill Murray look alike

    Which should i choose?

  12. My cat is an *******. Cats in general are *******s. This ****er catches a little mouse, bites into it, tries to bury it alive and continues to **** with it. I ended up killing the mouse myself.

I have to train my cat to kill and not torture. Now I don't feel bad for my cat when he gets his *** kicked by the big black cat that patrols the neighborhood. At least the black cat kills his prey immediately.

  13. A lot of cats do that until they get old and lazy. That big black cat probably does it too.

Cats usually like to play with their catches, it's in their nature. Good luck telling a cat what to do anyway :)

  15. *******s. That's what they are. *******S.

Another reason why I prefer dogs lol.
