It's not that bad. I think it has something like 1200 calories per sub. Most of that comes from the bread anyways.

Bread is carbs. Carbs are very high in calories. Idk what a "simple, normal bread" is.



Also, chipotle burritos are 1200 calories. <3 that's like a third of my ideal daily caloric in take. Must suck for people trying to lose weight though. Just do HIIT and eat whatever you want. ;)
