not really, this is on official where everything is working, I wanna know what's the best choice for molten where everything is bugged

For which expansion?
In my opinion and from experience:
Wotlk - simply elemental
Cata - enha 1v1 and arenas, ele for BGs where u can make use of chain lightning
Mop - pretty much like cata

It really depends on your playstyle

In MOP. And not really, since the recent patching, the dmg for chain lightning went down big time

Enhanchement is a bit superior to elemental in damage but elemental is still better if you are going for multiple target dps,
To me it seems like you have quite good understanding of this already :-)
