I lost everything, Help

Well, This is the case, i had like 3 characters here on sargeras (cataclysm) but i lost my account.

I obiously retrieved it, but when i logged in, there was no sargeras realm available and it said i had no characters on that realm , the lost of 2 of them didnt matter as they were low lvl, (14 or so), but then there is my worgen druid on level 74.

This obiously gets me pissed off, as i now have to start from scratch and not even on the realm i was on, could someone help me understand what happened?

Of course its gone, read the announcement in the website you probably gain more than lose your character. hint: free stuffs

Welcome to 2015! Molten is recovering from serious issues. The chars are deleted and sargeras now is a MoP server not cata. Just create a new char and you have 5 free lvl ups and bla bla bla..Go to Molten home page for more info.

Well im ****ing sorry, i have only been on wow since like august of last year, i dont know what a 10x realm is and i dont care, and yeah im freaking pissed, that was the first character i made, and it took me quite a while to get to level 75 just to find out i lost it.

PD: i would be more than glad that experimented people like you would help instead of being total douchebags.

basically there was a ****storm and everything got wiped. Molten is sorry and they're giving you:
5 free max level ups per account(gold is included with each level up)
(wotlk 80)
(cata 85)
(mop 90)

they're also giving you 3 free proffessions leveled to the max per account

There are 2 booster packs per account which is a set of gear(5 main pieces+weapon) to get you started off.

since august you hitted only level 75... legit i would say since its a 10x realm...
Just log in on website, settings -> choose the realm you want -> coins -> instant level -> you got a char at 90, then you go marketplace -> boosters packs -> you got some gear

les quiero decir que como a principio de diciembre me cree 1 cuenta bueno empeze a jugar y paso que se cayo el server y vi el anuncio q se perdieron los pj llegue con 2 pj creo a nivel 47 y cuando vi que habria recompensas me puse feliz pero fui a recuperar mi cuenta y me decia nombre o contraseña invalida despues fui a recuperar el nombre de mi cuenta con mi email y me decia el email no coinside con ninguna cuenta despues intente todo recuperar contraseña cuentra recuperacion de cuenta, al fin nada resulto y dije bueno me voy a hacer otra cuenta intente usar mi email ya que parecia que borraran la cuenta ya que intente hcar todo pero me decia que no coincidida nada y ingrese mi email pero decia que estaba en uso y quede como 2 dias sin hacer nada porque no entendia nada me hice 1 email nuevo me encontre que podia subi 3 pj a nivel 90 con 1500 de oro bueno me puse feliz pq por lo menos podia tener algo de reconpensa despues no se que paso y se cayo pero por 2 o 3 dias nomas y la intente recuperar y no me dejaba me decia lo mismo que la primera vez que la perdi no habia ni hueya de mi cuenta pero esta vez que intente hacerme la cuenta con mi email si me dejo y supe que se borro y vi que tenia la posibilidad de tener pj nivel 90 y bueno me hice 1 y me di cuenta que parti con 0 de oro ocupe los packs que daban y con eso llegue creo que tener hasta ahora como 30000 de oro en total pero obioamente lo gaste en poder volar otros pj equipo que me faltaba etc.Pero no encuentro justo que no me den ni 1500 de oro al principio si empeze en diciembre a jugar pero se borraron 2 cuentas les piedo porfavor que si leen esto lo ago porque en verdad lo encuentro injusto y pido que me den lo mismo que a las personas que jugaron desde diciembre y pudieron recuperar su cuenta con seguramente pj nivel 90 con 3000 oro profeciones para maximizar puntos y no se si monedas(coins) de la cuenta y e visto personas que tristes me cuentan los mismo y les pido porque hay mas personas que sufren lo msimo y yo recien pude entrar al foro porque me decia que tampoco existia mi cuenta, y si sabia q habia cuenta de foro y la del dentro del juego espero que lo vean(if you don´t speech english just put it in google traslator if you care)

@OP: yes we all know how you feel, please read the forum a bit more to understand what is going on, currently sargeras is a MoP realm. all our characters have been lost, only thing remaining is our spending history, with which the staff used to refund us as much as possible

you get:
5 max lvl ups, 3k gold on each
3 max prof no receipt
2 heirloom set and 2 pvp set
