Actually, plain greek yogurt is insanely healthy (full of calcium, potassium, protein, zinc, and vitamins B6 and B12, as well as probiotic cultures) and full of protein which, in fact, would be an outstanding nutritional supplement for someone working to obtain a "beach body". :cool:

...now I'm hungry for yogurt, and all the sudden feeling panicky about all that chocolate I just ate.. Summer is coming!

I am ignorant to the various types yogurt.
I know that it is healthy but if he has no plans to work out and just eat he will be slim not beach body material.

Yogurt has tons of healthy bacteria, which help you digest :D
If all, it's a great snack if you want to lose weight (I'm not fat, just rusty)

Have you even started some workouts ? I see you skipped to food before the workouts.Not that I am against you eating yogurt but to get the body you need to work off dat rust eating helps maintain it not build it.

Gym membership starts on Monday... Going for a 3-day per week workout, 2 at my local gym and 1 at the college (I am forced to practice at least one sport, so this actually helps me save money :D )
