Is there anyone here who is successful in life, who didn't go to college? Whether you went to college and dropped out, or whether you just never went in the first place. Really need to talk to someone.

If you want to be successful at life you will do what you like and learn what interests you, you go to school just to get the paper with a signature.

That's the problem. I don't want to go to school and get a paper with a signature. It's not my thing, I hate school and just being enrolled in it is one of the sole causes of my depression.

I just want to do my own thing and find success that way, but it seems like that's so unlikely.

You don't need a bit of paper, IDK where your from but every company i know would rather take someone with actual experience, starting from the bottom shows more than rolling by and getting a little bit of paper from school.

You can be successful from the bottom here, too. Your level of success, however, raises very, very slowly without that slip of paper that higher-paying jobs dole out 6+ figure salaries for.

I went to what 'Muricans refer to as high school but not 'college', I'm doing perfectly fine.

It truly depends on what you want to do and how badly you want to do it. If you have a hobby that you want to turn into a career. Make it a career now. Work at it for X amount of hours a day and week. Learn it, find others that have made a career out of it, or find hands-on classes that revolve around your hobby.
