Any elite PVP guild, Alliance?

We have a lot of warriors in our guild and really good ones, thats why its hard to invite every of them into rateds (not my fault 4 sure that 2 many ppl decided that reroll warrior would be awesome right) and if i am not mistaken i hadn't the chance to play with logain. Actually he never had a bad behavior in guild chat or with guildies as far as i know but if i am not mistaken he was the only person that left the guild so far. Like i said everyone can have their own opinions and not everyone like the same and if he didnt felt well at our guild then the option to leave it was definitely the best but the wrong thing that trademan does is that he talks only **** and actually without knowing what he is saying. Everyone have the right to have a bad time and say something that isnt what he is feeling so maybe, by chance, you or your friend saw 1 officer or 1 member saying something that wasn't the most perfect thing but guess what, you don't have to go far, just look at all the stupid things you say and there you have: Anyone is perfect so if you can't stand them maybe it is a bad idea for you to ever join a group because someone will always make a mistake and if you can't be there to support it and help the things go in a better way then it's just better for you to don't be.
I just wonder what you are still doing here if someone is so bad and only you are so good :) I bet you really have tons of people that care for you in real life and that's why you want so badly to be known here and achieve something that looks like you just can't

I left for 1 and half reasons :)
1 and major, coz u were did a lot premades same and same ppl.
and half coz i this guild going so big for me with a lot unknown for me ppl, and i lost enough bg with random guild premades ppl.

I have always premaded with really anyone. Like everyone know i always say that i am lf members to premade and never required any item level. Ofc that you don't win 1 bg just because you premade or just because you have a bg full of guildies because:
- You aren't using any communication like raidcall so your coordination will be similar to play with randoms;
- What can change is the fact that ppl play more for the objectives but that doesnt change the fact that if your premade is 460 item lvl average you will get crushed against 490.
Miracles doesn't exist here and doesn't matter how good you are you can't make them happen because in the other side there will be always people that will want to win too
Anywhere you have to deal with people gearing alts and its up to you to decide if you want to join them or not. You can always make a premade requiring item level in case you really need a fast cap. If you don't care, like me, you just go. I don't know atm but changing all the time the people i played with at 1 time i had 124 wins and 100 loses. Not so bad taking in consideration server problems like dc's and gear unbalanced and i can tell that i premaded only 2 or 3 times top with a donater guy and rest always with low gear people :)
Well, everyone have their own objectives, i respect yours. I just want to show that hardly you will ever found a guild with 100% full geared players and in which one anyone would ever make bad decisions ;)
After all i still wish you good luck in whatever you do but i just would like you to try to see things in all perspectives and maybe look differently at some things :)

Respect for this oponion, too. U r 100% right, now and in prevous post, yes all have their bad moments, going angry or some similar and anyway i think similar to you and agreed what u writed. Believe me, i think u r good GM, with polite behavior. And never cant comparing u with ur horde opponent - Rufus who think the game is a life, too serious but act like angry kid.
And i am not in charge to you for ur politics, its right to inv ungeared ppl and to let them do to guild premades. I hate snubz, and u r not.

In all honesty I think we have stopped inviting low geared players. Unless they are 1. VERY skilled or 2. Friends or alt.
