The ques were over 10 mins on the alliance side before we came.You can log urself and see that the ques are down to barely 2 mins at peak times.
There are a lot of pvp guilds at the horde side.Couple of these guys(starting with us) have around 100 people active on a daily base who are literally spamming premades.
The problem about filling AV-IOC is still around,but its literally cut in half.I myself saw couple of bgs where horde had more members(AV-IOC)
And just how has it not improved?

Molten is EU itself.USA times are around 2k pop.You said it generally which obviously isn't the case.The ques and the balance have significantly improved in previous couple of weeks.

I'll consider it better once the code is fixed to not allow more than +/- 5 players per side like it used to be and to not have half of all games be AV and IoC. How good or bad the players are is irrelevant to me.

You are right mate , when AV starts , we at @ 24 hordies, allies also are @ 24, then gradually increases to 37/35 till tops , but its nice to see bgs balanced now, but still only in premade can horde win bg.
Due to that AV are becoming longer and very hard battle fought....

Hey it's my first post, sorry for my english but I got a simple questions about AV and horde playstyle. I've played on global servers for like 6 years and everytime horde just rush down Captain Balinda Stonehearth like alliance do with horde Captain. Why the hell here everyone's just defending and crying later because horde again lost AV?

Horde almost never loses AV in an even match. Defending the mini boss is infinitely better then letting them swarm our base.

When I was playing on global nobody even wanted to def, everyone just rush enemy base and the fastest one won AV. I just starded playing bgs on this server and it's impossible to win as horde player with this playstyle

That is because people on retail are beyond ******ed in AV. I noticed that too and horde almost always lost because you can rush horde base faster than you can rush the alliance base. Nobody actually pvps or defends because they are too scared to engage other people.
Generally on retail every horde puts AV on blacklist so they don't have to do this. Stick around for long enough and maybe you will figure it out.
