    Yes it is past the limit, you could only do the request if you had 5 or less refunds prior to any request.
    I have informed Smyth of the following:

    If someone has excessive misbuy claims already (6 - 28, yes 28...) and comes in to make another because they want their shadowmourne - Do as he always does - policy template.

    If someone has 0 to 5 previous misbuy claims and comes in for a refund pertaining to shadowmourne - Complete it.

Hey i'm curious what happens if i made my current warlock on the wrong account that my rank 1 warlock werent on? cause i am kinda confused to which account is which after i had to remake the acc names over 2 times, do you check IP's for each account and see where their main IP is coming from and from there i can get my titles or do i have to make a warlock on the proper acc (Idk which one it is)

Is it possible to ask for a refund of my oathbinder? Coz if I just get my shadowmourne back. Then my previous weapon is gonna be in my bag unused.

    Hi, i saw you are only giving Shadowmourne back to people that donated until December 29. What about other people? i know you don't have records after that date, but, if i have enough proofs? i can get it back? i already sent ticket 3 days ago and no one answers me. I will be patient cause i know you have a lot of tickets, i'm not complaining about it, but, is it possible for me? look at this proof, i recorded when i bought my Shadowmourne on January 7.

    Smyth made an official statement about that.

    We're now no longer accepting new Item Refund requests outside the ' Item Misbuy ' ticket type.
    ( requests submitted after Mar 03, 12am server time will be denied )

    If your purchases aren't listed when you select ' Item Misbuy ' ticket type, your purchases cannot be refunded - there has been ample time to report 'accidental' purchases from day 1.

    ' Item Misbuy ' has also now been reduced from 14 days to report to 7 days. Purchases can't really be considered accidental past this point.


    The following purchases are still non-refundable once confirmed & processed,
    - Product purchases ( level-up etc. )
    - Starter & Booster packages
    - Gifts
    - Bind on Equip purchases when they're missing from the character they were purchased on
    - Consumed Mounts & Pets
    - Vote Point purchases
    - Character restorations
    - Non-Premium Coin items
    Ever since he posted this there will no longer be any coin refund for purchase misbuys and from your post alone... It's likely that molten will never refund your purchase

    - If you haven't purchased Shadowmourne yet have made a genuine accidental purchase previously & failed to report it you can also submit a ticket here & we'll review.

    - Wait times of 4-5 days can be expected.

    Then it's not fair that he gets a refund. He should have hold on to the coins before SM was released

  12. It's been 3 days since I made a ticket. I understand there must be a lot of load as they have go through each brief. Give them some time. Am expecting resolution in another 1-2 days :D

    What are you even confused about? The expected wait time to get that kind of ticket solved is 4-5 days. If you open it now, it's 4-5 days. If you opened X days ago, it's 4-5 days minus X.
