Karoma is 6 h on Sargeras now?About 20-40 minutes after the real Karoma was tamed, the server crashed. Loque'nahak, Gondria, Ankha and Ghostcrawler all were confirmed to spawn (as I'm sure skoll did as well).
I waited at the Karoma spot, no Karoma. I waited for 30 minutes.
** Just visited karoma on the 6 hr mark. Will visit again on 12 HR. Karoma is a confirmed 6 hr timer.. the pets you tamed were the real karomas, they did not spawn because of the crash.
Not sure if its changing or not, but when I first camped karoma, it was on an 18 hr timer for 7 days straight, tested and confirmed but who knows! :D I tested the 6 hr timer before on Sargeras but it wasn't until now that I've finally confirmed it so I'm not sure whats going on. I'll update this post when I confirm for a second time that karoma spawns.
Confirmed again. If anyone on sargeras wants karoma in the next day or two, the time intervals are as follows: 5:55-6-30ish st (AM OR PM) and 11:55-12:30ish st (AM or PM)

Well is the time of spawn always the same or what? I got tip from my friend when ghostcrawler spawns but he isnt spwned at that time?

No, as far as I know timers are based off the previous tame or kill. Meaning, if you were to tame karoma and she has a 6 hour spawn timer, then she will spawn again in 6 hours after her last tame or kill. If she sat there for thirty minutes then the next spawn will reflect that.
For example: Karoma spawns at 12:10 server time. She sits there for 45 minutes and then is tamed. Her next spawn will be at 6:55 server time.

Spawm timers didnt change because molten changed name. So thats one more reason to belive this guys suffer from Spirit Beast fever, a disease caused by too much excitement for catching Spirit Beasts, and they are saying nonsense. This disease is spreading across hunter forum and is currently out of control.
Jokes apart i dont belive steady spawm timers, it can be true for one pet tops, but not all. Let alone crazy teories about killing stags or dwarfs.

Tamed Sambas today. I am 99% sure this was the original and not the server crash duplicate, because the server had crashed about 2 hours before hand. (But correct me if I am wrong, if anyone goes to camp him!)
I logged in and was almost right on top of him. It was a pleasant surprise! I suppose it was WoW's birthday present to me :)
Also sorry to the two ally hunters who came in just after me! Don't feel bad, everyone knows the feeling. You will get him next time. ;) Stay strong!
