I came back to the alliance. I thought that the problem had stopped since every bg I did was filling up properly for the past month of so.

Then this happened several times in a row.

Same, did few bgs, 3 out of 5 were like that. Then I just logged off cuz it's pointless.

Probably this happens because of you changing from factions as you want. (Karma)
I haven't experienced this since one week ago and i'm not enjoying it becuase most of the times the Horde is filled with full bis characters who're most of the time from the same guild.

I think it's caused by guilds using av enabler to do big premades
