The forums look like what 6 year old would make look like.

Some work is needed on the background of the forum, also to the fonts.
I am unable to access my profile by clicking on the 'Welcome, name' message, I managed to access it only from the 'User CP', which instead to be working with one click, now I must click a few times to get to my own profile.
There is a problem with the icons indicating 'drop down menus' and other post stuff.
I don't like that the most commented and recently commented posts are no longer visually hyphenated or colourized to show the recent activity (Only icons available)
This is my report to the changes, basically it is not a bad one, but the previous one was dozen times better, in both features and look. :)
I am sorry to say it, but I don't like it, I can't be more honest about it. And I am sure that a lot of people don't like it as well.

We are excited to announce upcoming realm updates today:
- Blackrock will be RPPVP-only realm. We feel that Blackrock community would benefit from the roleplay immersion.
- Deathwing players will be able to engage in combat with members of their own faction, unless in a party or a raid.
- Warsong will be the first survival realm featuring a permanent character death.
- Sargeras mounts will no longer be able to fly to allow for Azeroth's beauty to be explored and experienced.
We are proud to release the long-anticipated Warmane forum design and vBulletin 4 upgrade.

Would it not satisfy more to implement multiple colour choices with the themes ?
Ofc should be able to save them as default or something.
As for the new theme, as most have said the white background is a problem.
It could be better to keep the background as it is, but like make the forums slide.
