1. Too much work to do.
It's incredibly simple. Linux will uninstall and delete everything for you so no worries. I went to a google talk so i'm pretty much an expert in this field. I even made my very own android device.

  2. I can't afford a PS4.... Buy it from Steam and 1v1 me on the PC, I already have a copy.
Or buy an XB1 and I'll play on my sisters.

I've been using windows pretty much my whole life. It would be like re-learning to walk, changing OSs

  4. I played up to Level 48 and got a little bored with how repetitive it was.
I hope the new expansion makes things a bit more exciting.
The leveling experience is quite repetitive, but the end game experience makes up for it. The game starts to shine 70+, when you slowly work on perfecting your character.

Touché. But will i be able to use all my programs and such the same way as before? My setup is so cozy right now, I'm afraid of not being able to do things as before.

You'll mostly be able to do the same stuff, but some stuff might not have native Linux version, then you would have to use something like Wine to use it. Then there's a chance that it doesn't work with Wine, or you'll have to do some serious configuration modification to make it half work. The area where this is most apparent is with video games, Valve is pushing for a lot more Linux releases as the steambox uses Debian. TBH, there's not much real point in using Linux right now(Even though i just told you to switch, i was just joking. Wait a little bit and then try again to see if that fixes your problem with youtube), since there's far less things that work on it that you might need to use. In the future it might be more worthwhile to switch, but right now there's not much reason unless you are a CS person or a hardcore torrenter (As there are no viruses). There's a lot of good parts about Linux that windows doesn't do, and as far as getting used to it you can customize your desktop environment as much as you want. I assume you play a fair bit of games, so it might be tedious for you. Here's what mine looks like

I do have a couple of apps to make gnome easier to use (The icons at top and the bar at the bottom). You can get one that looks 98% like Windows

I suggest that if you do want to learn it, dual boot or virtual box it. You might even switch to it being your primary operating system if you like it enough. Linux dominates everywhere but personal computers, i.e. smartphones, servers, super computers, pretty much every device besides a home computer has the majority of it's operating system share as Linux or some form of Unix-like OS. So in the future it might just become possible that Linux starts to pick up traction for the regular user. Then it will be even easier to use and faster to learn.

  10. I know you were joking but I'm kinda serious about changing some things. Still, changing my OS is not one of them. I'm simply too used to this.
Perhaps in the future when i'll need to reinstall my windows, I'll instead install Linux.

Just be wary that a lot of games do not work or you will have one hell of a time trying to install them with Wine. Sometimes, Blizzard will also be *******s and ban people that use Wine. If you have a slow and older laptop/computer you can install it on there and it will probably become usable again, the speed difference on weaker machines can be insane.
