Town of Salem is boring though.

That sounds delicious.
The 28th needs to get here faster so I can start getting trashed legally.
Ty for the invitation :3
I'm definitely gonna visit your awesome city one day, it's in my future projects.
Any good manga to recommend besides OP, Naruto and Bleach ?
I see these three everywhere and though I like them all, it's kind of annoying.
The other mangas I've read or still reading :
D.Gray-Man (F you Hoshino)
Saint-Seiya
Beelzebub
Dragon Ball
Death Note
To-Love-Ru
Full Metal Alchemist
Shingeki No Kyojin
Ty guys for your suggestions.
Very colorful
What? You could do more than 30 min of cardio; I think it would depend on what your goals are. 30-45min of lifting would be a pretty short routine. Even beginner routines that just focus on a small number of compound lifts would take more than 30 minutes, and I don't know what the **** you're on about with women's routines being shorter? Yeah, women tend to be weaker (and gain muscle mass more slowly), but generally one would just work with a weight for which the last couple reps in a set are really hard, whatever that weight is, not like, work out for a shorter amount of time because they're weaker. The only real difference between mens/womens routines might be more emphasis on legs for women because girls seem to care more about having juicy legs than juicy upper-body.
I asked what she was doing at the gym because working out that much every day of the week is probably excessive and counterproductive. If she was lifting that much she'd probably have to be doing some kind of split with a ****ton of volume but that would be kind of an unusual choice for a beginner (and no rest days is still odd), but I guess she's just doing a dick ton of cardio, which, I mean, probably isn't the best use of time but whatever.
Thanks for logging in just to share that though; I needed a laugh.
Np, always a pleasure to entertain.
However, I usually spend about 60-90 minutes (max) at the gym, mostly weight lifting. Due to my absolute lack of stamina (and possibly weak heart), I can do cardio for a maximum of 10 minutes (15 if I push it, but then I become incredibly red and have trouble breathing) (this is treadmill/bycicle/stepper).
I dunno, if I take 1 minute pauses between sets, and 2 minutes between exercises, I can be in and out in 40 minutes (more or less).
I said 30 minutes of weight lifting because there's not much you can do after so much cardio :P One would assume you grow weak afterwards.
I also said small weights, because in my experience (been to the gym with 3 girls as gym buddies so far) they work with weights far less than they should (not wanting to strain ? Idk) (1-2 kg, and tbh, I can lift a 2kg dumbbell with my pinky finger alone. They surely could go for 4-5 kg ez)
Dang, if you're having heart trouble like that it's probably worthwhile to see a doctor. Only being able to do 10min of cardio sounds kinda severe and you don't wanna **** around with heart problems. And I know women tend to stick with super light weights like that, but I don't think it's optimal or efficient or whatever, nor do I think it has anything to do with getting exhausted sooner than men, I think they're just uninformed, lol.
I was last year, specialist told me it was as healthy as it could possibly be.
I dunno, I've never worried since then.. I doubt something would happen in a year's time..
Your heart is probably just fine. But your stamina just **** which means you need to do more cardio (if you care about stamina). But what do I know? I'm some random guy on the internet that is a Olympic gold medalist.
I agree with this
source: can run 5k in 9 minutes
Just here the other day I was having a conversation with a couple of guys about working out. They explained to me that they hated leg day and cardio almost as much. One of them jokingly said that his cardio was trying to talk to some girl he found attractive. I found it rather amusing and thought I'd share, since it's... semi-relevant to the discussion.
