    Focus on cardio, with a little lifting to lose the weight and focus on lifting later to gain the muscle; that's what I'm doing, it may be a ****ty routine, I don't know because it's all I've tried but it's working for me. I've been working out since May, but I didn't fully commit until late December and since then I've lost two and a half stone (probably rather unhealthily but whatever); and I'll start focusing on lifting soon.

    You can't do both at the same time effectively, and you won't lose any fat through lifting alone. You'll also need to diet a little. Grapefruit and green tea taste like **** but they help with weight loss ALOT.

    as opposed to watever opinion, fat does not magically transform into muscle tissue , not under any circumstances.

  7. Normally I wouldn't suggest following any advice from 4chins, but /fit/'s sticky is actually a pretty nice summation of fitness information from the more reputable sites around. The only thing that's a bit ridiculous is the suggested protein intake.

    Basically, if you want to lose fat you should eat at a moderate caloric deficit while keeping protein intake high, and continue lifting (even though you wont make strength or mass gains) so you don't look like flabby **** when you've lost weight. It also means that once you start trying to build muscle you'll already have decent form and **** down and will waste less time dicking around trying to sort your ****.

    But the story seems solid and I dig the visuals. I always liked the idea of cyberpunk and DE:HR seems to be just that, cyberpunk to the core, complete with police, organizations and stuff.

    1 - I don't have a ear due to an accident a while ago. That's why I take pictures at and angle and keep my hair longer than I would want.
    2 - I'm someone who pretends to be a heavy drinker who pretends to hate alcohol. I actually hate alcohol but the heavy drinker part makes me cool in highschool
    3 - I've never, in my entire life, smoked. Not even a single puff. I don't even know how it's supposed to taste, if it has any taste.
