There are rarely any guides for games that aren't in English, Japanese,Chinese or Korean.
If you don't speak any of those, it's going to be really hard to keep up.

If someone isn't willing to put time and effort into learning a language, which will be quite helpful through out his life, then it's very unlikely he wants to put effort into learning a video game. Plus the language barrier when it comes to collecting information about said game.
