Any good MOP guide for Elemental Shammys?
Is haste bugged? It shows me 0.00% haste.
Whats the reforge priority?

mastery u want only at 50% after that all rest into haste, use spirit for hit cap dont reforge or gem for hit.
also about bugs that u ask....there is many atm, ele shaman dmg is nerfed way 2 much and our suport heals , elementals also.
u can be decent dmg but not even close to what its supose 2 be atm.

ele shammy have a lot of passives to get spell critical strike so if ur item doen't have haste/mastery reforge crit to it. And about dmg http://screenshooter.net/102172678/nuuibwj , I'm not a donor so if u ppl say that ele shammy dmg is lower than it should be I'm really interested in how it gonna look when they power it up xD

I've found the best way in speccing full Haste then Mastery and lastly Crit. In serious pvp situations you'll be only relying on your Lava Surge procs whilst purgeing and cc'ing in the meantime (95% of the time spent in combat). Crit is only needed for Lightning Bolt and Fulmination which is sort of meh. The real dmg will always come from Lava Burst. More haste = more Lava Surge procs = more time to purge/CC/offheal. Nothing beats a shaman that knows how to multitask his or her class, and not just focus on doing more damage. We were never about that.

But isn't haste bugged for ele shamans no matter how much i get it shows 0.00% so it doesn't increase the ticks of flame shock after reaching a break point and which in return doesn't give more lava surge procs so how is going full haste helpful?? except for faster casting time i think !

But that cap is 35%, which I wouldnt really worry about since it's pretty high and you'd expect to be nearly fully geared to get close.
Get your LB down to GCD and you are more than fine.

Stat priority depends on gear. For pvp u always want to reforge everything to haste.
In pve u should reforge everything to haste when u are low and average geared. Once u have the t13 four set bonus u should reforge everything to mastery because u gonna have so much haste that u keep casting in under 1 sec which is bad because there is a 1 sec GCD that cant be avoided.
