Yes but only up to level 60 (out of 70) and only 4 Acts (out of five).
Not worth it, you need the extra content and people playing RoS.

It wasn't my point to show dust2, I just grabbed a random image. Good job trying to find a flaw with my legendary statement. CS:GO sucks. Not because I suck at it, just because that's the truth.

I guess,im 10 got quest to go to Novigrad which requires lvl 16,still got **** load of velen map to discover plus side quests and witcher contracts
