As stated above, im very disapointed in leadership because you allow mainly hardcore donators(i am donator myself, you could call me a ****ing founder if there was a scale to how much you donated) to manipulate opinions in one forum thread about Lordaeron progresive realm.
Only because donators dont wanna be left on their realms to fight eachother, they would rather prefer to stomp on non donors in bgs with their legendaries and full heroic gears.
It was obvious that people want progresive realm , but donator part of community just threw bull**** facts how its not good and its waste of money and bla bla.
Me , my friends and my ex guild actualy got hyped and started to download WoTLK again as soon as we saw that thread.
And Kaer says community dissaproved , no we didnt , donators and 24/7 forum no life *****es(the reason i never visit forums anymore) disaproved.
If you guys want the poll you should do it like this:
Make ingame command for somewhat older accounts , so who types .yes in chat approve and those who type .no in chat dissaprove.
This way we will have 100% accurate readings and believe me it wont be 60:40 like in that thread.
And if you worry about money , well dont , progressive realms brought alot of money to cataclysm and they will to Lordaeron even with limitations, but thats not the point , community wont split , you will just get huge number of old players back, my guild which consisted of 100% molten old players, Guerrila Warfare , OF LOL ,Paradox , IS A COOKIE , The Ascendants, all these players left Molten with Moltdown, and this was your chance to get them all back.Warmane will not survive on new players, you need to get your old players back.

First of all. It's donation. You donate it to help the server. Just cause you say donated thousands of dollars doesn't mean you're entitled to anything. The only thing you get out of donating is coins which are given to you as a thank you. So quit your whining.

I have to agree with what you said, I was playing on the first Lordaeron, after I heard Lordaeron will be brought back I decided to download WOTLK again and play, meanwhile am chilling in Deathwing.
Bringing Lordaeron back wouldn't split the WOTLK community (unlike what most of people think) it will bring many old players back.
But reviving Lordaeron, would require not making donors really OP imo especially in a blizzlike server.
Running around after 1 month, seeing shadowmourne is just not encouraging at all.

The Lordaeron idea is still being considered. Some of us, including Kaer, are testing the x1 leveling experience of the realm. It is available for everyone, though everything will be wiped should the realm be launched.
And no, a poll won't be helpful at all.
