Fairly new to the server and did one of the raid weekly *blah blah blah must die!* quests a week and a half ago, and I havent been able to grab the new quest this week. Couldn't seem to find anything about this on the bug tracker or anything so i was wondering if there is something specific I'm supposed to do to get this quest every week? Thanks in advance for the help.

Not sure but...if u are talking about the wintergrasp ones, they should reset and i have been able to get them every week until now.
Don´t forget that the "Slay them all" is only given by Commander Dardosh and sometimes he is dead! U have to wait until he respawns.
Also some of the quests are Rotating Weekly PvP quests, meaning only one of two will be available each week.
And also some of them are bugged or simply must be done while in wintergrasp BG thats also bugged, like Defend the Siege or Toppling the Towers

The weekly quests has worked for me without any trouble.
@Nant. He means the weekly raid quests you grab from Dalaran.

They reset at a different time than the raid ID reset (which is a bug) so you may have gotten mixed up with when you last did it.
