I was in the same situation. The first and one girlfriend I ever had, I started going out with her at the age of 20 only, after years spent knowing each other, while many of my friends were going out since highschool with girls they knew for few weeks. They all ended up breaking up, kek..
As for me, I didn't aim or wait for anything, it just happened by itself. Now I'm glad I met her and we're ready to do whatever it takes to keep each other

put into consideration later maybe sometimes they just get forgotten about. It's a nice way to say it's dismissed. I don't think it's the case this time. Not sure if it has everything that realm promised.
