There is a ETA for when Prideful will be released? :)

if there was you'd know about it already..
Not necessarily in fact because sometimes things are spoken in advance in twitch Q & A and since i haven't watch them i was wondering if there is a idea of when it will come out ^^
The short answer... A year or so...
The long answer... We have no good idea or answer from the staff soo.. But it's not coming in next season so that's 4-5 months gone... And you won't expect an appearance of it till half of SOO is scripted most likely...
First they've got to patch to 5.4.8 if we want prideful gear :) But not in a year or so. For now just grev
You don't ****ing say?
Prideful gear will come with the release of SoO, considering that they moved the main focus back on WotLK realms, this won't happen anytime soon, my best guess is 2-4 arena seasons away (7-14 months). If this infact will be as most people and myself included predict, the playerbase will shrink to 1k and there wont be a reason to play anymore, because everyone else will be, or already is on that stage. So in that case they should just release the gear, or just start with the WoD beta, because no-one wants to play the same season over and over again for a year, same happens on retail, people play the last season and then just wait for the new expansion, best seen in the supscription drops during no new content times.

We might be close to that already? April fools joke 2016 early!
Honestly, from a PVP perspective, and also I personaly dont do PVE and dont care for it to much, I really really wish and want them to add prideful with the next season, will it happen, or wont, honestly I dont know, everything I said above was concluded from the latest Q&A where they explained how ToT is halfway worked thru, but anyways, do I think it should be added with the next season? HELL YES, pvpers will be stuck on the same gear for way to long, and honestly, no-one wants to play the same season over and over again, you got no motivation to play, and considering that the majority of the playerbase consists of PVPers, this would be the right step to take. But for now its just a devlog, they can change, until I get a confirmation on this, there wont be any hype from my side.
It wouldn't be the right step to take, because it would favor PvP'ers over PvE'ers. Essentially alienating half of the community for the sake of 'I have this gear for too long, I want something better'. People in Wrath & Cataclysm are perfectly happy over their current and latest gear. And if they release Prideful before any significant SoO content, PvE'ers are forced to do PvP for equivelant gear. And if SoO gets released fully and no new PvP season, you'd have to PvP in SoO gear to compete.. Updates should be done blizzard style, that way almost everyone is happy.
Considering that 90% of the server is PVP oriented, yes I think it would be the right way to go, if you're a hardcore raider or a hardcore raiding guild just set a PVE ilvl cap for the group, gear yourselves that way and then go raid, because the needs of the majority outweight the needs of the few, has always been like that and always will be.
What if I claim that PvE'ers are more dominant on this server? Which as we know might not be the case. Would you accept it? Of course not.
As for the "Set a cap", no. We are raiding for a whole other purpose than just "wooh killed a boss, that was hard".
And I personally just hope they release SoO the same way they used to do, along with the new PvP gear. This will be my last post on that matter.
Well if you ask me, would I want most of the things working by now? Ofc, I also enjoy to go PVE sometimes, and I want to see the endgame content, but by the pace they got atm this wont happen for a long time, so why let one playerbase starve while the other one get something here and there, thats my point. The development is slow, how to fix that, well they maybe should get few more devs, or as you said, let the community decide on what they actualy want, make few suggestion, make few poles, and let us decide in which way we want the server to move, and then assign people to work on that instead of working a bit on that, and then on that, and in the end nothing is really done.
Maminho is right. Some ppl thought the bug reporting system would allow votes for "not yet added content" also, probably due to the fact that much of the content not yet added IS a bug, but too vague I guess. Those bug reports are typically removed very fast. Sorry Maminho, it'll never happen. They would never let the community decide.
