This is exactly what happened to me last year and the year before. I was standing a little closer than the guy in the front and I was texting both times (happened on New Years) and I had quite a few drinks in me.

also, /r/globaloffensive has pretty good resources in the wiki. But at lower ranks, if you can out aim the team you can win. Smoking and flashing isn't used that much but good smokes will let you win np.

Also, if you play maps that aren't too popular. I noticed that you may get paired up with people that are quite a few ranks higher or lower.

I'm just playing Assault / Aztec maps now... Those are the only maps people choose, and I hate assault map so damn much lol.
