So im an level 27 Monk and i tried to purchase the Blue wind rider in game but i needed to be level 60... and experting wind riding so im wondering if buy it on here will i be able to use it? because my friend said i was level 22 when i got it on the warmane website and i flew it! is that true or hes ****ing with me...

He's messing with you for sure. You can't access flying training until a much higher level. I don't recall specifically which level it is in MoP, but I'm pretty certain it's 60+.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding and he meant the flight path wind rider?
