Its x7, so leveling is fast.
You can get to 85 very fast.

2: What gear do u get through bgs?

Through bgs, you earn honor points, and you can buy Ruthless gear.

3: Are there rating requirements for Gear ?

There is no rating requirements for Cataclysmic gear.
Only for Elite gear.
