1. Ricks is all about 110% man paying. He pays 98% dates of our dates since he has been here. However, for myself I love to pay. I love to give to people and the feeling of it. I am not sure if it is a difference of culture. I don't know if European men usually pay. Since I do feel like it is cliché for the man to pay every single time. Getting him to let me pay is a wrestle. Asking your date and being persistent about it is what I would offer. If he pays, offer to pay next time is polite. Or since you're going to the movies, offer to pay for that and he gets dinner.
    I think the men generally pay everywhere. My sister lets people pay for her, I don't. I'm just self-sufficient, and enjoy taking an equal role c;

  2. goddamn one time I walked through a bike rally with a bunch of kids selling raffle tickets to bikers, and they had this smoker they pulled with a truck and were selling these pulled pork sandwiches with the pork pulled right out of the smoker and it was put in a foot long bun and it was full of grease and **** and looked amazing if i had ten bucks i definitely would have bought one even though I was full already.

    I don't know if Kemii could handle going to the south.
    Southern bbq might be the south's only valuable contribution to modern society. Almost makes having that ****hole attached to the rest of the US worthwhile

    Have you ever tried Disney's or in the south when they host the Medieval festival enormous turkey legs? Every time I show my European friends a picture of it, they are flabbergasted, then they throw up. I love their viking sized turkey legs. C: #StinkyAmerican

    Yeah, I like gifting to everyone and the feeling I don't need to rely on anyone to pay for myself. I generally like seeing people happy and helping others. :3

    In a relationship, I want to be equal in most things. I don't want someone mooching off of me and I don't want the guy thinking I am mooching off of him. We take care of each other.

    That euphoric smell in the air when you drive or walk near a smoke house in the south. *Drool*

    I've only had some from my schools cafeteria and at walmart (Walmart was dry as ****, and the school one was pretty great but I bet disneyland/amusement park would be fantastic but they are like $8). Churros from Disneyland are ****ing amazing though, would recommend to everyone.

    I'll have to try churros next time I go to Disney. I think I have only tried mini churros twice from Del Taco or Taco Bell. :/ So fattening though.

    I always heard in the south, waffles and fried chicken is a southern signature dish. 26 years of life never tried it, but REALLY wanted to. I had it at a restaurant 2 weeks or so ago. It was absolutely amazing. It is a weird abstract combo, but was really delectable. c:

    Being a border state is rather nice. Also being in the country's breadbasket.

  7. Ricks is all about 110% man paying. He pays 98% of our dates, since he has been here. I was raised old fashion, and men should pay to court the woman. However, for myself I love to pay. I love to give to people and the feeling of it. I am not sure if it is a difference of culture. I don't know if European men usually pay? Tbh. it isnt important who's gonna pay.Most of time we have wrong perception about that.Actually i dont have nothing against when girl pay for me,even on date.There is nothing wrong in that.

  8. Finally got access to my PoE acc, time to download the non steam client so I can play QQ.

    Lemme guess, Texas?

  11. I just thought **** it and I'm going on the date tomorrow. We're just going to Nandos and then we might go to the cinema, it depends on what he wants to do.

    This will be my first ever date. Nobody's ever taken me out for a meal before, I'm nervous c;

    Like what are the dos and don'ts on a first date?
    Right, Helena.
    I've been reading your posts for a few days and I honestly wanted to slap some sense into you.

    Stop trying so hard, you're at uni, you're young, most men you're going to meet there are just meh.
    Focus on going out with the girls, doing your studies and curling up with a tub of ice cream and the newest season of Orange Is The New Black.

    Its coming across desperate, Yes we get it having someone to give a **** about in life is nice, but there is so much more things to be focused on. You go out your way to force things to happen it's not going to get better you're only going to either wear yourself out or just break your own heart at the end of it.

    Anyway chances are once you're finished uni you're going to move either back to your hometown or to another city for a job, and they will not follow.

    People really shouldn't be supporting you, because they are not actually helping. You're getting your own heart broken and worn out with the whole "men are ****" bullcrap. Stop caring, be single. Enjoy it. Don't be desperate you are hardly 49 and about to enter menopause.

    Now stop feeling sorry for yourself. Tell that guy tomorrow to **** off (Mainly cos he's taking you to Nandos, I mean seriously..... Far from classy.)

  12. She can do whatever she wants.
