Go to
My account -> Support -> Create Ticket
and write down that you want to get coins back and the item removed. Select the category "Item Misbuy" and select in the tab below the item you want to remove.
You can do this if you make the move within 24h of having bought the item.

But thats the problem ........ There was no option Item Misbuy and i opened ticket like 5 mins after i bought item

Are you a Contributor and did you get the item with coins you actually donated for?

Seruiously ? Contributors got bigger rights then normal accounts ? This account was premium before . I dont know why its normal now , and i bought item with coins from refund i think... But i dont see whats the point of refunding if i cant refund item that i bought like i donated ...

Yes, obviously Contributors get special perks that regular accounts don't. What do you think skipping queues and being able to create Death Knights at will are?
Every account got some coins as a gift (25-50 coins), including regular ones. Gifted coins aren't available for mis-buy claims, so if those were used, instead of refunded (assuming you were in fact Contributor before), that's why you can't open a ticket.
You can open a ticket to check about getting your Contributor status again if you had it before. If in fact your account was Premium before and the coins you were using had been donated for, I'm sure Smyth will open an exception and let you declare a mis-buy after the regular period of time.

Its pretty lame how you treat accounts tho ... I got premium on like 3-4 accouns atm but this one is regular idk why .. and i still cant get that one refund lol.. even after i donated over 1k euros since im playing on this server lol. No one asked about special perks .. i just asked why i couldnt get refund

I was pretty sure you were the one acting outraged over the fact Contributors get special perks... yes, I was right, it was you.
If you paid 3-4 subscriptions on retail, would you get a 5th one for free? Each account is a separate entity. Donating 1000 euros in others in no way extends their benefits to any regular account you might have. If you weren't a Contributor on THIS account you won't be able to open a mis-buy ticket on THIS account - simple as that. You can't even say the exact number of accounts you were a Contributor on ("3-4"?), who's to say you were for sure on this one at all? I already told you what to do regarding that. "lol'ing" in the Forums isn't going to solve anything for you.
