Pandaria Affliction soul shards!

There are many times that in arenas i cant generate soul shards ! no soul shards generate during some of my arena, is this a bug or usual? i use to run with no soul shards after ive used them up,and no more shards generation after that.

Proof that not many guys , like the OP reads the bugtracker.
If he uses Soulburn :Soul Swap on a target, the dots applied won't benefit from haste. I use SS:SS only when i target some1 and re-apply the dots myself so they can benefit from my haste and Pandemic

And Soul shard gene is not bugged

the thing to remember is that you regen shards very slowly, so you have to make sure to hardcast your dots sometimes to keep the durations up.

using shards is usually only for when you have full proc's and your offensive dmg stuff up to get a full set of dots up ect ect ect.
