Is Lordaeron going to be a Progress Realm?

Can some one explain to me how they plan to work around talents? Since we'll be stuck at lvl 60, then 70, and finally later on 80, how will the talents work? Wouldn't some classes be unbalanced? at 70 I think they even themselves out with acess to some other trees, but at 60 you're kinnda stuck to 1 tree if you want the last talent and most do.

Well most of the ppl here want a realm with pre-nerf raids.So since we are gonna play for some time on 60 and 70 and talents trees are designed for 80 that might as well compensate for nerfed 60 and 70 PVE content in some way.Because if u want to go all the way down on 1 tree you must forget about hybrid builds and vice versa
