I find the trinkets decent, there not overpoweredly op.

yes they work and they have no downscale according to everyone.

Why is that than>? if griev is 522. or must be grief superior (item lvl) to all other items in pvp.

All PvE items get decreased to that ilvl, because Blizzard wanted to separate PvE from PvP gear. So yeah Grievous in order to make Grievous items superior they downscale all PvE gear to 512 (actually it was 496 then every week it got increased by 1 ilvl until it got to 512).

I have both of the items and yes they do proc in arena, Juju's gnomes don't spawn though but aye it procs but for monks I feel like its useless I much rather use PvP trinkets and I'm not sure how it works but in a way its better, it kinda feels like it does scale but I don't know. I haven't really seen any high rated dudes use pve trinkets in arenas
