Hivinfectorxxl,
1. We are Forum Moderators. Our main job is to make sure the Forums are kept running smoothly, with rules being followed. Replying to people's questions and requests for assistance is something secondary, since we aren't forced to know about in-game things. We don't ignore PMs, of course, but our reply can be to try asking other players if they ever had a similar issue or whatever. We are allowed to reply to threads if it's something not generally known by others players who can reply, if wrong information has been posted, etc., just like we are allowed to socialize in threads like this one if we so choose;
2. We aren't Developers or part of the QA Team. We don't need to know development information to do our job, so we don't know most of the answers to questions regarding development - or when we do, it's not for us to release it. We have Developers, QAs and Community Managers to release that kind of information, but it's not their task either to seek out and answer every nitpicking question people might have. If something is reported in the Bug Tracker, the Staff is aware of it. If it's possible to fix, it will be fixed. What's "urgent" for you isn't necessarily so for everyone, though;
3. With the tone of your posts, I wouldn't hold it against anyone who might be able to answer your question to simply not feel motivated to do so. I can sincerely say I feel no motivation, and it's not even my responsibility to know the answer. Posting in half a dozen threads about this, even in totally unrelated ones like this one, attacking Staff with the excuse that you have a broken leg and are bored for being a dick? Life sucks for everyone and your broken leg doesn't makes you special to the world.
Now enough of this. Go back to talking about foods and movies and games and tits.
