Well, the very fact you're asking in a Forum means you know you shouldn't, but are looking for support to either do or don't do it.
Generally speaking, leaving aside the moral implications, I'd say it's not worth the hassle. It's often risky, can get you in trouble you don't need, can get her going clingy if things aren't good with her husband... the potential for hassle is too big.
I'd only say go for it if the guy was a major ******* who mistreats her and she's needing more some comfort than anything else (although that bumps into the dangers of her getting clingy). Or if she is some damn hot redhead. Those transcend the rulebook.
