i have recovery the account but when i enter ingame i have no characters, anyone have idea when i can send a tiket or mp and who?

Recovering your account doesn't bring back the chars you had pre-moltdown. They are gone sadly, but you will have all your coins and points back and have 60 (or 30?) days to spend them before they get reset
