1. Umm there is the disconnect again ... IF you were Tirion you would give Bolvar the control of the Scourge knowing that he might go insane but wont give him pirces of a soul scaring weapon that is merely a small fraction of his power?

Well I have read the Novels, it was mentioned that Cenarius' Axe managed to wound Sergeras because it carried pure essence of magic of Azeroth itself and that was fueled by the power of Brox's Will.

Like that Ash Bringer's power comes from its Crystal which is assumed to be from the Naaru themselves. You know how that powerful it is.
Doomhammer technically carries the elemental magic of Draenor, as it was held and possibly forged with their power ... making it similar to Cenariu's Magic: Pure and Primal.
Honestly i can't think of anyone that has the will of Broxx, i mean Thrall is pretty strong and we are too.. but no where near the power of Broxxigar even his niece Thura

  2. Ummmm there is actually no defeating the Scourge because the Scourge is created from the plague and death, you can stop the undead from moving but can never stop the plague or change the fact that people eventually die. That is why they must be controlled.

Not to mention you missed the lore part where the Heroes actually did not manage to kill or defeat the most of the scourge. Only managed to cut through the defenses and take down the head. Warfare is not like what u think.
Dunno i took that from Nobbel's youtube channel he was the one that said that it does not make sense (ending of Wotlk) and he is a lore geek (no offence) he know his stuff pretty well.

Well ya I am aregular consumer of his vids and am kind of Lore Geek too, but he kinda missesa few points, the Scourge is a danger until the plague of Undeath exists. Correct me if I am wrong, but Heroes can not defeat a incurable disease that generates mindless killing machines? Only way to do that is control the spread of the plague without coming in contact with it ... which is impossible.

Its a RPG ... YOU step in that role. :-P

  4. although if we kill Sargeras what could come at us that will be more powerful than him ... :x
There are still numerous Old Gods imprisoned underneath Azeroth, and its said in the novels that even one of those beings could give Sargeras a pretty tough fight.

So those guys are quite a threat to us too.

This i will have to ask Nobbel, guess i know what is next monday's Q,A video going to feature. :P :d

Yea in their true forms and full power sure, not like what we faced so far.

  7. The Artifact weapons are being wielded due to their immense power which is infused within them. Letting every player have them isn't really "lore breaking" since technically YOU the player is the center of the warcraft(WoW) universe. You are the hero, one of those who represent the faction/class and ultimately the one who will wield the power which is stored into these artifact weapons. Lore wise it's you, the famous hero who have done everything with the help of "adventurers".

The artifacts are acquired from "fallen heroes and those who gave up hope".. You can't really speculate much right now since they've already said things in the pre-patch will be really shocking. Anyways this expansion seem to be the final battle against the legion(?) or in a very very long time. Looks like they rather complete the first part of the story than trying to milk it out further. Seems good since how a success MoP actually was. Really hated at start but loved in the end. Warcraft needs fresh lore which continues further than what we know.

  8. Thanks Imgur...

Honestly, I think he'll be of help to us. DKs will get the frostmourne shards in that expansion, and most likely we'll get to the frozen throne.
And remember, Ner'zhul was more of an enemy to the legion than to anyone else. Probably his reasonings to take over Azeroth in WotLK were to prepare for the invasion.

  9. That's true. Ner'zhul's body was broken, his spirit was tortured but it did not break. He hates the Legion just as much as the Night Elves, the Horde and the Alliance do. Maybe now when Bolvar and Ner'zhul are merged, the Lich King may actually serve to something good?

I don't think its the last battle. We can't fight Sargeras without the help of the titans. We are nothing compared to Sargeras, like an ant vs human. But because we play this game they would need to let us help somehow. And he doesn't need to be ''killed'' (if it possible anyway), he can be ''cleared'' and back to him 1st form. All depends on Metzen.

Yea but we don't really need their help right now, i mean we have Sylvanas and she is lich king 2.0 (Lich Queen) with those valkyre making an undead army for her. That said guess who will win the battle for Gilneas, while we deal with the legion. Also Alleria Windrunner is making a return so one could only imagine how this would affect Sylvanas.(Read War Crimes)

  12. Most people who say WOTLK is the best expansion never actually played lvl 60 wow. I pitty you.

On topic@ Enough with these expansions already, when will blizzard start making a new more polished mmorpg.

  13. ''Queen Azshara gets a phone call.

Queen Azshara: They need me yet?
Blizzard: Not yet..you see..what had happened was...
    Queen Azshara: (hangs up)''
