The concept of an IQ test being used as an instrument to measure intelligence is up for debate on just how accurate it is viewed to be. It's difficult to properly measure someone's actual intelligence, because there are many factors in how our mind works that can give an appearance of intelligence, but do not always equate to it.
Knowledge does not equate to intelligence. (What good is knowledge if you often are unable to put it to use?)
Ability to to learn does not equate to intelligence. (Similar to above. Some people just have very expansive and capable memory capacities.)
The ability to reason is often attributed to the closest representation of intelligence, but even then it is often difficult to measure. How does one measure a person's ability to reason? The IQ test attempts just that, but like humans and pretty much everything created by them, it is imperfect.
I had my IQ tested back when I was a freshman in high school. I'm not sure I want to disclose that number, because I don't want to subject myself to judgment by others (good or bad). That being said, I feel that my intelligence is about average. Some people have called me really smart. Others have called me stupid. I often feel like the opinions of others on that don't matter, largely because they don't know me, and they will never know me as well as I know myself.

The fact that you included being popular, having muscles, having money and an awesome car with being a douchebag (as if only douchebags have those things) proves you will never have any of those things because you would rather complain about being such a "nice guy" while all the douchebags get all the girls, all the money, all the muscles and all the popularity.
In fact, popular, successful people seem like douchebags to you because instead of pampering you and sugar coating so you don't feel hurt, they say things the way they are, and truth always hurts.
