So, I go to Undercity and go to the tunnel which leads to the Lady Sylvannas boss and when I'm half-way to the room, my game crashes, and when i log in it just crashes and only exit is Character Restuck in Website.
Now, my question is how can I get to her room without crashing my game?

Depends on the which server/version really. But it could be a cache issue, especially if you use the same client on other servers. You could try deleting the client cache folder and reload to try again.
If it still happens, see if it happens for other people too, if so report it on bug site.

Disable all addons and delete cache. If it won't work, try to update your drivers (especially GPU).
If none of that works, most likely an issue related to your client. Redownloading it might solve it.
This is definetly not a server side issue as you're the first one I've seen with this problem, so reporting it won't do anything.

I just went to test this myself, since I remember it happening to me when I messing around there one day.
It did crash for me too, just closed my client.
I'm going to record it.

Here we go.
I recorded this a few times, and this was the only one that gave me an error. Every other time it was just a instant close.
I think it's down to the WOD model patch. I assume that's what you are all using, since I have no issues using it without them and I don't crash.

I blame Sylvanas. She's always had quite a custom setup compared to most NPCs and maybe something with that is upsetting the WoD models. I just ran over and tested with a standard 3.3.5 client. No problems at all.

The video and crash is coming from the 5.4.2 client for MOP, with the WOD models.
There is nothing wrong with Wrath or Cata having checked both.

Hello, I removed the WoD models patch from my MoP folder. And I was surprised. It worked! I went to the Undercity, to her room and my game didn't crashed. I guess the reason was that i was using WoD models patch. So.....yeah. Now I can finally do that [For The Alliance!] achievement and then switch back to WoD models. Thank you very much!

Where did you find that patch, where is it's location and what is it's name?
