Can someone give me a list of useful things I can get being exalted in Orgrimmar.
I wanted the 16 slot bag but it seems thats from Cata and onward, can't find much that's just for WOtLK.

NOTHING!

No, but seriously, unless you're level 80 being exalted with Orgrimmar is essentially useless unless you want the Ambassador title. At level 80 you can get the of Orgrimmar title by doing stuff at the argent tournament and some banner.
