Fixed:
"Older women were the biggest gamer demographic in the united states in 2012-2013 according to an unspecified method of data collection, of an unspecified number of people in the USA by the ESA. "
Please note that this study takes a "gamer" as anyone who so much as taps a touch screen on a tablet, akin to taking anyone who has kicked a can or stone across the road as a footballer.
Since they say nothing about how the data is collected and given the type of data in the "study" as a whole, it is worth considering they may be using transactional details which could be horrendously misleading as an "older woman" (mother?) spending money on games is not necessarily playing them.
Damn dude you're taking this too seriously.
To elaborate on this, I shall, yes, yes, young padawan. One of the few rules on the internet is that the girls don't exist on the internet. This concept was created on 4chan and it does not mean what you think it means. On 4chan everyone is anonymous and the gender identity does not matter. In real life, people like girls just for the fact that they're girls and the other way around.
They have sexual interest in the opposite gender and pay attention to what they say and pretend that they're interested in whatever they have to say because of sexual interest, this gives off the idea that they're smart and clever. This does not exist on the internet because the actual chance of two people randomly met online having sex is low. When in a conversation on the internet, you don't get a bonus just because of what you have in your underwear.
Nobody cares and nobody is interested and the only way to get the 'underwear advantage' back is by posting 'evidence' that you're a girl/man and this is degrading, an admission that you know that the only interesting thing about you is your naked body and that you're too vapid to contribute to the discussion otherwise.
The thing is, sadly, most of people that don't understand this are women hence why the two rules are called 'there are no girls on the internet' and 'tits or gtfo' are female gender specific but it would be a blatant lie that men (usually shallow or very young) don't take part in this.
I'm just elaborating, my opinion is not exactly the same. It differs on some focal points.
I was part of the board when those rules were conceived (not officially) and accepted community wide, back when it was less weird in some places and more weird in some other darker places, these rules are actually anti-sexist and they were there to make sure that board is free of gender, race and other stereotypes and later the internet but as many other things they were warped out of proportion by less knowledgeable people riding the bandwagon without even knowing the destination. Same thing happened with Chuck Norris jokes.

gtfo newfag
just kidding please don't ban me
Now that I've read what I've wrote I'm pretty sure I would say the same thing, but perhaps hit myself with a banana-shaped bat.
I hadn't thought about 4chan. If ever there is something with the possibility of becoming that toxic on the internet you can bet on them having their collective hands in it. Personally, I stay far, far away from 4chan culture. Some might argue that my name suggests otherwise-- given if 4chan hypothetically never existed, I'd almost certainly never have seen it(my namesake)-- but that just goes to demonstrate just how far their influence can reach. There might not be anything we can talk about that could not in some way be connected to 4chan.
Exactly. Case in point. Thank you.
When I hear people talk about 4chan I think about that 1 TV channel/company 4kids with their crappy english dub and censoring stupid stuff. #RIP4KidsOnePiece
Ye a lot of chicks play guy chars to avoid the pervy trolls; irony being that tranny dudes are likely the "chick" chars that those same pervy trolls crush on hahahaha.
Still it's cool to roleplay the doucher troll online though, +1 guys.
