I've been playing pve on MoP on retail, and i've geared up on Timeless Isle to start raiding, but how can i gear up now when it's not working, and u have to wait eta 20 mins to get rdf queue to pop up.

Won't hurt to use a little brain, farm bgs, and make your own RDF premade for farming gear.. get into a pve guild etc.. lots of options

Wouldn't hurt to be a little more NICE. If you're going to post here, do it to be helpful, not to be a dickbag.
Timeless Isle isn't released yet cuz they've only released Throne of Thunder. You'll have to use the old fashioned way of gearing: rdf normals/heroics, raiding upwards from the bottom tier and getting JP/VP gear.

Here let me rephrase,
"If you gave it a bit more thought, you would've probably known that just joining a guild or perhaps making an RDF premade out of global chat would make it easier on you.".
