Help, old account

Hello,

I've played molten wow years ago, so i wanted to play again.
I didn't remember my account user/pass only email, I tried te restore it.
They say I don't have a account with that email, but when i try to create a account on that email it says "Your account needs to be restored".
I was VIP to, i donated...

Please help me to restore it.

Accounts can't be restored or merged anymore.
Your email will be released once accounts that weren't recovered within the (very long) period to do it are properly archived.

because at some point they have to get rid of the old files, database space costs money. you had 7 months to recover, if you didn't than that's your problem.

Same , here they claimed i sold my account cause the email and stuff was changed the same time and day.. Not even gonna try to fight against it. They are just trying to make more money it seems, i am not donating again. How they handled the situation was awful but w/e.

They should at least send an email to users who want to recover thier accounts, none of that happend.

Yeah I was away having a baby and was sick and i couldn't recover on time which isn't fair to the people that wanted to and didn't know and couldn't know about it and I donanted a lot I wish they would just help everyone again because some people have real lifes too.

I'd say 7 whole frickin month's a pretty long time.
I don't see how that's not fair.

Warmane is not a billion dollar company.

Like Skuddy said, it takes money to keep the entire database saved and secure.
If you really want for everyone to get their stuff back, or even have it secured to so that if something like this happens in the future; nobody ever loses their stuff. I'm sure the Warmane staff would be more than happy to accept your currency to pay for it.

there is no way of telling anymore who donated for what, or spend vote points on whatever.
so basically what they'd have to go by is either a member's word, or by a screenshot (which can be falsified with ease)

on top of the fact that there are over 20,000 registered accounts, if they were going to help everyone out again. I'm more than willing to bet that every single person is going to claim that they didn't get back what they had when they were restoring accounts and are going to demand more free stuff.

when they were restoring accounts, they gave everyone who donated their Premium membership back, AND they gave the amount of coins they donated for (not including gifted coins) back to their accounts plus vote points.

for what the staff of warmane had to go through just to get this server back up and running from pretty much scratch, I'd say it's more than fair.
